ABOUT ME

Hi, I’m Dafne, a proud mother of four, married to my beautiful husband for about a decade ! I’m an  ISSA-Certified Personal Trainer, ISSA-Certified Nutritionist, and Certified Functional Nutritionist. Beyond my certifications, I live and breathe fitness as a competitive bodybuilder.

 I’ve proudly earned first place in the Masters 35 Bikini category and first place in the Open A Wellness Amateur division, achievements that reflect my dedication, discipline, and passion for this lifestyle.

But my true purpose goes beyond the stage. I love helping women discover their strength, build confidence, and step into the best version of themselves—inside and out. My coaching approach blends science-based nutrition with personalized training, designed to fit real-life schedules, responsibilities, and goals.

I believe fitness isn’t about restriction—it’s about empowerment, balance, and creating a lifestyle that you can truly enjoy. As a busy mom myself, I understand how overwhelming it can feel to juggle family, work, and self-care. That’s why I meet every client where they are and guide them with practical, sustainable strategies that deliver results without sacrificing life’s joys.
